WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR IN PERSON INTRODUCTORY WORKOUT

 

  1. Introduced to your Personal Trainer that you will be working with.
  2. A short tour of the training studio.
  3. Your Personal Trainer will then ask you some questions to learn more about you, your goals, and your motivations.
  4. Experience a full-body evidence-based workout.
  5. After the workout, your trainer will go over how you can continue to work with us and answer any questions you may have.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR VIRTUAL INTRODUCTORY WORKOUT

  1. You will receive an email from your Trainer with all of the resources you will need for your upcoming workout
  2. On the day of your workout, simply click the link your trainer had sent to you previously and you will do a technology assessment to make sure everything is working for the both of you.
  3. Your Personal Trainer will then ask you some questions to learn more about you, your goals, and your motivations.
  4. Experience a full-body evidence-based workout.
  5. After the workout, your trainer will go over how you can continue to work with us and answer any questions you may have.

How do I get my free sessions?

During the consultation we’ll learn what’s important to you about your health, fitness and overall well-being. We’ll also learn about your goals, physical needs, health history and prior experience with exercise.

We’ll tour our facility and you’ll learn the details of our program and method. Following the consultation, you’ll be taken through three introductory workout sessions. Of course you’ll also be able to ask all the questions you may have and get answers to these questions.
